Rights, obligations and liability limits for using our service.
These terms apply to all bookings and services offered through the FallschirmAbenteuer platform. This includes tandem jumps, safety training, and organized outdoor activities. Deviating regulations require written confirmation.
A contract is concluded once you have completed your registration and we send you a written confirmation (by email). The confirmation contains all relevant data regarding date, location, and scope of services. In the absence of confirmation, the booking is considered not accepted.
We are only liable for damages caused by our gross negligence or intent. We assume no liability for slight negligence, unless it involves injury to life, body, or health. Participation in jumps and training is at your own risk; appropriate insurance is required.
Participants must be at least 16 years old (under 18 with consent of a legal guardian) and provide a medical certificate of physical fitness. Personal equipment may only be used after prior inspection by our team. Alcohol and drug consumption before the jump will lead to immediate exclusion without entitlement to a refund.
Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the booked date. In case of later withdrawal or non-appearance, the full amount will be charged. We reserve the right to cancel appointments at short notice for safety reasons (weather, technical defects); in this case, the full amount will be refunded or an alternative date offered.
